Delete Your Account
This page explains how to request deletion of your Pay Box Timers (Pay Box Timers Inc) account and the personal data associated with it.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to info@limitedresources.us from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line “Delete my account.”
- Include your account email and, if you have one, your Pay Box ID so we can verify ownership.
- You may also use our contact page to submit the same request.
- We verify the request and permanently delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days. Copies in encrypted backups are purged on our regular backup rotation (within 90 days).
Data that is deleted
- Your account profile — full name, email address, and phone number
- Your Pay Box ID associations and any saved pre-paid codes
- Your timer, payment, and usage history linked to your account
Data that may be kept, and for how long
Credit card numbers: We never store your full credit card number — card payments are handled by our processor, Stripe. There is nothing for us to delete on our servers.
Transaction records required by law: Records we must keep to meet financial, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations may be retained for the period required by applicable law, after which they are deleted.
Anonymized washer cycle data (if you opted in): If you enabled the optional cycle-data contribution, that data was uploaded under a random anonymous identifier with no personal information and cannot be linked back to you, so it is not associated with your account.
